Nobody is above the law and the Government of Lagos state has translated this by sentencing Nollywood actress Funke Akindele to pay a fine of N100,000 with community service for disobeying the State and the Nigerian Government orders.

Funke Akindele pleaded guilty for organizing birthday party for her boo JJC Skills which contradicts the directives of the State Government.

According to reports, the party was attended by Nigerian musician Naira Marley and other high profiled personalities including a Senator.

Remorseful Funke was yesterday captured picking the road and gutters as part of her community service for disobeying the law.

Interestingly, Funke Akindele was an ambassador of NCDC (Nigeria Centre for Disease Control). She even did some commercials on social distancing and tips on how to prevent the spread of coconavirus (COVID-19).

Funke Akindele and her husband JJC Skills were also place on isolation and they are to compile the names of all those who attended the birthday party.

It is confusing how she ended up doing the same thing she preached against.

No doubt something is fishy…

Anyways, no one is above mistakes, we hope the government considers her remorse and grant State pardon.
