“It’s the Work of the Devil”: Onitsha Mother Confesses After Arrest Over Daughter’s Abuse Video.

A 36-year-old woman in Onitsha, Anambra State, has admitted that the disturbing video showing her $$xu@lly abusing her young daughter was real, telling investigators it was “the handiwork of the devil.”

Anulika Onyeanusia was arrested by operatives of the Anambra State Police Command after the video began circulating widely online. The footage, which showed her using $$x toys on the child, prompted the police to act on what they described as open-source intelligence to trace and apprehend her.

According to police sources, the suspect told investigators that the highest amount she made from uploading such content was $300. An unconfirmed report also claims she charged N100,000 for access to the videos she live-streamed on the Olamet app.

When questioned about her actions, Onyeanusia reportedly pleaded for forgiveness, saying, “It is the devil, please forgive me”. She also claimed her husband was unaware of what she had been doing to their daughters.

Authorities have confirmed that the eight-year-old girl seen in the video is her second child. Preliminary investigations suggest she had also subjected her first daughter to similar abuse and uploaded that content as well. This pattern has led many to believe she had been doing this for some time as a way to make money.

The police operation, carried out on Thursday evening, led to the rescue of four children aged two, three, six, and nine. $$x toys and other items relevant to the investigation were recovered from the home. The suspect’s husband is also being questioned to determine whether he had any connection to the alleged offence.
