Sad – Nigerian Lawmaker Hon Jerome Eke Dies Weeks After The Death of His Wife.

In Nigeria, 2021 resumed with death reports, ranging in the Nigerian movie industry, celebrity world, and the political class.

In this article, we will be revealing to you the Former Lawmaker who represented the Etche- Omuma Federal Constituency that just passed on few days his wife also died.

He represented the Etche- Omuma Federal Constituency of Rivers state up until June 2019. His name is High Chief Hon Jerome Eke, a man popularly known as the Igolo 1 of Etche Ethnic Nationality.

Our able politician died on Friday, 15th January 2021, after suffering from an unknown ailment according to reports.

The report further said that his late wife, Late Mrs Jerome Eke, had earlier passed on, on the 5th of January 2021.

It was said that she died after suffering from an unknown ailment as well, and Friday, 15th of January, made it ten days she died, and now, the Hon. Lawmaker has gone to be with her too.

This is saddening! Nigerians have reacted and have raised comments and opinions regarding his demise. Many prayed that may his soul and that of his wife rests in perfect peace. This is a tragedy, to not just their family but to the people of his community and Nigeria as a whole.

Most worrying is the case of the couple losing their lives in a space of ten days!

Reports have it that they left behind children whom are still under the age of fifteen.
