Apostle Johnson Suleman Speaks About Sunday Igbolo, Reveals What FG Should Do.
Is no longer news that Yorubas and Fulani Herdsmen are clashing against each other. It was on Friday that Sunday Adeyemo popularly known as Sunday Igboho with his supporters cashed with Fulani Herdsmen and it resulted in a riot and unrest, it was alleged that two Herbsmen were killed and the house of Seriki Fulani Herdsmen was burnt down as well as his cars and cows.
According to Seriki Fulani, he had to work through the whole night in the forest running for his life. The Nigerian Government seeing what is happening blamed Sunday Igboho for attacking the Herdsmen and also for alleged killing of some Herdsmen.
The Nigerian Government then ordered the Inspector General of police to arrest Sunday Igboho, an action many Nigerian politicians have warned the Nigerian government not to take for the betterment of all Nigerians.
Just recently, Fani Kayode made it known that Sunday Adeyemo as an activist has the backup of Yoruba leaders, and as such his arrest might bring an untold uprising and even ethnic war in Nigeria.
Also, Senator Dino Melaye made it known that a wrong move might destroy Nigeria, warning the Federal Government to treat the South West issue with Caution.
Also warning the Government again is a popular clergyman Apostle Johnson Suleman.
According to him, he said that Herbsmen should be told they don’ t own Nigerian.
In his own words:
“An intolerant regime makes heroes… when you detain a man for his opposing views, you are inadvertently starting a movement… the discrepancies in OYO State can be resolved. but the herders must be told they don’t own nigeria. flagrant in vision and brutality should be disavowed.”
We hope the government takes all this advice and warnings and comes up with a strategy to resolve these crises between the Fulanis and Yorubas with will not involve any more tribal clashes.
