“I Was Heading To Plateau State To Destroy Lives Before I Was Caught” – Man Caught With 52 magazines

Reports had it that a corporate team of the police and Federal Road Safety Commission apprehended a man with about 260 bullets and 52 magazines. This incident happened at Alushi junction in Akwanga in Plateau state.

The suspect who was identified as; Likita, was also said to be a member of a local terrorist group. According to him, the rest of his gang members are on motorcycles on their way to Jos to kill and destroy.

This is good news was that, that these security agents are doing their jobs very well, and terrorism and banditry will soon be a thing of the past in the state.

As at the time of his reports the suspect was already kept at the Akwanga Police Divisional headquarters in Nassawara state awaiting transfer.

The man upon interrogations has opened up to give information about his group members, and according to the police very soon they will track and arrest most of them before they lunch any form of attack in Plateau.

The suspect in his confessional statement added that he was on his way to Plateau state with these bullets and guns when the police stop and search team caught him and after all the search they saw him with so many incriminating items.

He added that he was going to supply his gang members this ammunitions which they will use in killing people in the state and causing other criminal activities.

To some extent, the problem of terrorism in Plateau state will gradually come to an end, if only the police force will put more effort into apprehending these criminals. The government has the best interest of Nigerian citizens at heart.

The police divisional boss after confirming the arrest ordered that the suspect be transferred immediately to their command headquarters where discreet investigations will be given to him so as to be able to fish out the rest of his gang members.
