Outrage as Video Shows Female Students Str!pping and Be@t!ng Classmate in Benue.
A short video clip making the rounds online has stirred anger across the country. The footage shows a group of secondary school students in Benue State physically att@ck!ng their female classmate. Worse still, they pulled off her cl0thes while recording the whole thing.

Many Nigerians who have seen the video are now calling on the state government and police to step in without delay. They want every student involved in the act to face the full weight of the law, including immediate expulsion from school.
The video was first shared on X. In the clip, no fewer than five girls wearing school uniforms can be seen pushing the victim around. She struggles to c0ver herself with her hands, but her attackers keep laughing and pulling at her. At one point, a man standing nearby is seen holding up a phone to film the scene.
The X-user who posted the video claimed that the students attend a private school somewhere in Benue State. As of the time of this report, it remains unclear what the victim might have done to deserve such rough treatment. No official statement has been released by the school in question.
But for many watching online, no reason can justify what was done to the girl. Comments under the post show a mix of shock and anger. Several people have tagged the Benue State Government account, the Benue State Police Command, and the National Agency for the Prohibition of Trafficking in Persons (NAPTIP). They are asking these authorities to find the students and make sure they answer for their actions.
One person wrote, “If these girls are not arrested and expelled, then we are saying this behaviour is acceptable.” Another said, “That poor girl will carry this scar for life. The school must be held responsible.”
At the time of filing this report, the Benue State Police Command has not yet issued an official response. Similarly, the state government has not commented on the matter. However, given the level of public attention the video has received, many expect action to come soon.

This incident has once again raised concerns about bullying and violence in Nigerian schools. While many institutions claim to have rules against such behaviour, cases like this show that enforcement is often weak. For now, the victim’s identity has not been made public. But as the video continues to spread, the pressure on authorities to act keeps building. Nigerians are watching closely to see if justice will be served.
