“The Inspector General of National Police Service to liaise with the Director of Immigration to ensure the accused person is deported this evening. You must be on a flight to Nigeria this evening,” he ordered.
The accused was arrested along Limuru Road on Tuesday, April 9, without any valid document legalising his stay in Kenya.
He was then charged with being in the country unlawfully contrary to immigration laws.
“He has no business or residence in Kenya but preys on women whom he conned and moves on to another Kenyan,”
But in defence, Okeke told the court his Kenyan wife had confiscated his Nigerian passport but was hard pressed to explain how he stayed in Kenya.
He accused his Kenyan wife of plotting to him deported.
