1. Criselda Kanada
The first celebrity on the list of the top 5 celebrities who are living with his HIV/AIDS disease is Criselda Kanada who is from South Africa.
The renowned and endowed Television show host and actress has been living with the virus for close to two decades now and recently took to her social media handle to reveal that among all the years living with HIV this year has been the hardest for her.

2. Joyce Dzidzor
The second celebrity is Joyce Dzidzor a Ghanaian actress. She recently disclosed in an interview with DSTV’s Africa Magic that she contracted the virus through a church member.
She made a declaration that since then, she has been living with the virus for 7 years, but further explained that despite all the stigma she is still just a “normal person” and living her life.

3. Adebisi Alimi
Third on the list is Adebisi Alimi who was the first celebrity in Nigeria to ever come out as a g@y then in the long run also admitted he has contracted HIV/AIDS.
The talented actor started to loss a lot of Nollywood film roles after the disclosure of his HIV status, but still life has to go on and indeed he is right.
4. Hanks Anuku
The bad boy Hanks Anuku is also reported to be living with the virus but unlike the former he has still managed to do well for himself in the industry.
Even though Hanks is said to be HIV positive the famous actor is still landing top roles in films both in Nigeria and Ghana.
5. Ray C
Last on the list is Ray C who is a Tanzanian singer, Ray left a lot of her fans in shock when she took to her Twitter account to reveal that she was living with the virus.
However, after also disclosing her status, she later told her fans that she did that to encourage them to be bold and go for a test to know their status as this will help them get the needed medical help earlier before it becomes too late.
